Tektronix SG504 250-1050MHZ level sine generator guaran
The Tek SG504 is a leveled sine wave generator for checking bandwidth performance of high end scopes. Output can be varied from half a volt to 5 volts peak-to-peak into 50 ohms. It takes over at 250MHz where an SG503 leaves off, and goes all the way up to check 1GHz scopes. It cost new $6500 in the 90s, but you can now get it for just a tiny fraction, still working just fine. If you need an SG503, I can supply that too, and it is only half as much in price.
