Baileigh Industrial Cold Saw CS-315M
The CS-315M Cold Saw is a powerful machine that can cut through solids, tubing, or pipe. The head has a strong motor coupled to a direct drive gear box that allows the blade to cut through the material chatter free which increases blade life. Its rigidity comes from the fact that the thick cast iron base of the saw is mounted on a strong steel cabinet.
This circular Cold Saw is dual mitering, 45 degrees to the left and 45 degrees to the right. The vise has a taper lock system that helps increase production when a lot of cutting is required. The vise clamps on both sides of the cut increasing blade life. The vise jaws are serrated for maximum hold.
Baileigh Industrial Cold Saws come with a powerful coolant pump which cools the blade, washes chips away, prevents sparks and produces a clean cool to touch burr free cut.
This is the perfect machine for small shops and best yet it requires just 240V, single phase, 50 hertz power.
