This board supports 32-80 pin QFP, TQFP, PQFP package ICs with 0.8mm pitch. Just push solder in pre-filled troughs towards the leads to solder. Troughs also hold chip in perfect alignment; no microscope necessary.
QFP, or Quad Flat Packages have 4 sides of gull wing leads that stick out. TQFP and PQFP stand for "Thin" and "Plastic", respectively. This board also features 38 places for 0603 packagea (.06x.03"), some thru hole passive components, and 22 ground holes connected to a copper plane on the bottom side.
