The item for sale here is a BRAND NEW MIDWEST TRADITION.PUSH BUTTON FIBER OPTIC HIGH SPEED HANDPIECE (REF# 790045). You will be receiving the handpiece in its original packaging. Unfortunately I partially ripped the box when I first received the handpiece, trying to open it. But the handpiece has never been used.
