CASI/QLT Chroma Fusion C3 Photo Machine
Item has damage and only partially functions. There was broken glass inside when I opened it (see pics), the piece of glass that covers one lamp at the bottom is broken out completely, and I'm not sure that consitutes all the broken glass or not. Also, up in the top part of the unit, where that quartz lamp is, under the 'shutter', that lamp is damaged, and I don't know what the whole assembly is supposed to look like when it is in good working order. I'm only listing the problems that I'm aware of; I'm not saying that this is all the problems that it has; these are just the problems that I can see.
We plugged this in and when we turned on the "crystal" button, two of the flourescent lamps came on. However, when we turned on the "plates & jewelry" button, the other lights would not come on, and NONE of the display lights would come on. I took the lamp reflector out to look inside; my thought being it could be as simple as replacing a fuse, but I didn't see a fuse and I didn't see any obvious problem that I thought I could fix.
Since I cannot determine its full functionalbilitly, I can only guarantee that the two lamps will fire up when you flip the 'crystal' button, but beyond that, no guarantees.
I have no accessories for it at all. No software, nothing. This is a project for somebody.
