Mains electrical timer relay 0.1SEC~60HRS 230V on-delay

Timing Range [total]: 0.05min to 60hours
Ranges [selectable using three-way piano switch]: x1sec, x10sec, x1min, x4min, x10min, x1hour, x10hours, x60hours. A nice big blue analogue dial adjusts the preset delay from 0.1x to 1x this set range. Adjustment is "smooth". Not in steps.
Power Requirements 220..240v ac 50~60Hz [i.e. standard uk mains]
Output : SPDT [same as SPCO i.e. single pole change-over relay] rated 8A 250vac max.
Output is volt-free. i.e. output switching contacts are totally independent of voltage used to power unit. Relay can be used to switch any supply or signal within maximum rating.
Function: SINGLE FUNCTION TIMER
80-Series On Delay Diagram A ON-Delay. Apply power to timer. Output contacts transfer after preset time has elapsed. Reset occurs when power is removed.
Of course, the output relay is changeover with one NC connection and one NO connection. So effectively the unit can be wired to provide an initial mains output which switches off when the relay operates [after the timed delay]. But this is not a seperate selectable timer function. The timer is definitely a single function ON-DELAY function timer only.
Timing adjustment is approximate but the timer is oscillator/microprocessor controlled with accurate repeatability. Do not expect to be able to set times with stop-watch precision. This is not a programmable clock or a programmable digital timer.
Mounting: Supplied with Din- Mounting Relay Base. Clips to standard 35mm [consumer unit style] din rail.
CONDITION: Fully tested. I have had these sitting around for a few years. I only have one of the original cardboard packaging sleeves - but they have all been checked over and dusted!! See pic.
