Here we have a Very Nice OX Regulator & gauge 60psi, maybe used for a short time but it looks Like NOS New old stock to me.
The main inlet threads where it screws in to the tank are approx. 7/8" diameter right hand.
The outlet threads are 9/16" diameter right hand but both fittings can be removed if you need a different size
