A desirable rare and hard to find 1938 book "ESTIMATES AND COSTS OF CONSTRUCTION" by F. W. Stubbs Jr. Published 1938 (a first edition) by John Wiley & Sons Inc. It is hard cover with dust jacket. Measuring approximately 6" x 9" with 234 pages including the index. There is an inscription on the first fly page "Carl Woodward March 13, 1943 - COMPLIMENTS OF THE AUTHOR. Also enclosed is a letter from the publishers with quotes from Professors of various colleges with glowing comments on this book.
Dust jacket has some tatters to upper portion; clean.
Blue hard cover book is in very good condition; tight; clean; pages are supple.
