Offering a lightly used 2-piece commercial quality Thermo-Plate set "America's finest precision made, chrome plated stainless steel service plate." The heavy-duty plastic black plate holder measures 12 1/2" x 8". The stainless steel plate measures 11" x 6 1/2". Each set weighs 2 lbs. 5.8 oz. Care instructions read:
"This beautiful stainless steel ware is especially designed for serving and may be used to heat or cook foods in the oven. It is guaranteed for life as it is made of the finest ENDURO stainless steel, chrome plated, which is equalled only by platinum in resistance to the chemical action of fruit acids, mustard, egg, vinegar, etc. We recommend simple soap and water cleaning. Bon Ami and similar cleansers may be used and fine steel wood or S.O.S. pads applied with a back-and-forth motion will remove burned on foods. We do not recommend use of this ware in the broiler or in direct contact with the flame as in such contact any metal may change in chemical nature and color. Always remove base from platter before heating."
