This item is a Pitco Frialator Single Compartment Gas Deep Fryer. This would be perfect for any restaurant, deli, diner, concession stand or other food service establishment. This fryer is made from durable and attractive stainless steel. This fryer has a 13"H backsplash with basket holder. The fry area measures 14"W x 14"D x 5 "H and the temperature control knob ranges from 200 F to 400 F. This fryer has a stainless steel door to conceal the inner components. There are bullet feet on the bottom for added stability.
