Up for grabs are the very rare & elusive Motorola MHW806A4 RF power amplifier modules. This is the version that covers 870-950mhz, as used in spread spectrum transceivers and Moseley & Marti studio transmitter link equipment (STL) . These units have been pulled from MDS or California Microwave spread spectrum data transceivers.. They are rated at 6 watts output, 12.5vdc.
leads on these pulls are a bit on the short side, as you can see in the photo. They had been mounted vertically on the PC board that they were soldered to.
I have a total of over 70 of these available. I have no way to test them.
