This is the industry standard, highest performance spectrum analyzer that HP/Agilent made. The frequency range is 100 Hz to 22 GHz and the capability of going up to 325 GHz with external mixers(not included). The excellent frequency stability allows measurements with a 10 Hz resolution bandwidth. Amplitude range is -134 to +30 dBm. The 8566B also has internal storage of user-defined routines to speed your test procedures. Plotters, printers, signal generators and power meters can be controlled by the 8566B with used-defined softkeys. The 8566B is fully HP-IB progammable and has direct plot capability.
