6' scp global stainless wet chemical solvent sink +fire
6' SCP Global Stainless Wet Chemical Solvent Sink with Fire detection/suppression fixtures.
This unit is designed for use in a semiconductor cleanroom environment. Sinks of this general style were historically made of white polypro but had a tendency to make for a very nasty fire if flammable chemicals were used and something went wrong. Hence the stainless steel to make the unit itself fire proof. Stainless is also considered a better clean-room material.
Note the fume vent in the back. Upper right looks like fire suppression nozzle with fire detector below it. (Fire extinguishing material is not included.)
Baths look like they might be Teflon of some type.
In the image above, the deck is lifted up so you can see the bottom and the area under the tanks.
The suction Photohelic meter has a cracked glass as shown above.
Lots of bulkhead connections available on the back.
Overall size is about 6 feet wide by 39" front-to-back by 67.5 tall (not counting the exhaust stacks.
Might be just what you need for your stainless chemical sink application.
