This listing is for a BRAND NEW never used Samsomatic 3923-0070 pneumo-electronic converter used in air gage systems. This converter allows for reliable monitoring and size control when used on gage systems utilizing pneumatic flow gage heads. This NEW device comes with instructions for proper parameter and set-up procedures.
Coupled with pneumatic sensors, the measurement converter allows simple, robust and economic monitoring and control of widely varying production processes. The measurement sensors used are one or more measuring nozzles which scan the specimen without contact using an air jet. Every tiny pressure change is converted by the electronics into a proportional voltage change and monitored via the adjustable control contacts.

The converter contains an integral analog and graphic measurement display for simple adjustment and calibration of the measurement ranges and limit values.
