This is a SPECIAL, very high quality production circuit. MADE IN USSR especially for Russian military computers in the early 1980's.

K573RF5 is a Full Equivalent to: C2716, D2716, i2716 or M2716 by Intel, AM2716 by AMD, MHB2716C by Tesla, MCY7716, CM7716, or to any other 2716 EPROM.
