This item can be used in any commercial kitchen or other food service establishment. The body is constructed of durable coated metal. The cooking surface is constructed of cast iron and measures 22"W x 26"D. There are three temperature control knobs and a pull out drip tray.
This item has some cosmetic imperfections from use. One of the top grates are broken and the paint is peeling. There is some minor surface rust on the body and burner.
