This is a Nice Precision Design Components Inc. 6" Steel Positioning Ball Roller Slide Assembly
These slides feature equally spaced spherical ball bearings rolling on four diagonally opposed steel rods. The bearing ways are incorporated into both the base and carriage, assuring that the alignment between them does not depend on mounting.
The slide has 6 inches of precision stroke.
