When i say complete installation it includes the following:
Accurex Single Wall UL Canopy Type One Hood, installation included.
Stainless Steal Flashing underneath hood and an additional 18" of stainless steel on each side of hood due to combustible reasons
Manufacture Grease Duct, weld duct to hood and roof curb.
Stainless Steal Skirt Above Hood, From the top of hood to suspended ceiling or drywall ceiling.
Complete Duct work on roof for exhaust fan and duct work for evaporative cooler with diffuser.
Exhaust Grease Fan, Evaporative Cooler Units with motors and installation or supply fan.
Complete electrical for both motors and connect evaporative cooler to fire suppression system.
Complete Fire Suppression System with plans and permits, shut off gas valve included.

Our hoods come straight from the factory in crates, ready for delivery.

* Rated for 400 F, 600 F, 700 F
* Standard construction is a minimum of 18 gauge 430 stainless steel with an embossed finish
* Longer hoods are available in multiple sections and can be made to appear as one hood by utilizing our continuous capture option to improve performance and aesthetics
* Includes Performance Enhancing Lip (PEL) to improve capture efficiency by turning air back into the hood
* Flexible lengths, widths and heights (see performance and sizing availability)
* Hood lengths are available in 1 inch increments
* Hood widths are available in 3 inch increments
* Standing Seam Construction for superior strength

Unique rust free bottom pan. The one piece bottom pan prevents corrosion and leakage since the need for seams, spot welding and sealing materials is eliminated. The Versatile, bolted construction allows for easy access for parts replacement and provides greater resistance to rust since the need for welding is eliminated. The easy to remove steel pad frame provides quick and easy access to the cooler interior. ATTENTION: This evaporative cooler performs best in dry, arid climates.
