This drive is from a new system kit and was part of a high precision Wafer Rotation Stage. There is no measurable backlash in this drive and it is in new condition. The motor is a Yaskawa Model: SGMAH- A5A1A21, AC Servo. 200V max. 50W. 0.6A. 3000 rpm max. It has a two channel high line count encoder with Zero pulse. The Teijin Seiki gear case is a Model: 3D80-001061-11. This has a 125mm major diameter and a mounted (and changeable) output shaft with a 23mm diameter. The overall length of motor and gearcase is 10 . This drive assembly is perfect for an extreme high precision machining stage, Optical positioning stage, measurement and calibration stage, or microscope viewing station.
