Staco 3PN1010B variac. 0-140V 10A rated. This popular industrial and laboratory model is used wherever variable AC voltage control is required. Operates on 120V input line and the rated output for constant current loads is 10A. For constant impedance loads the maximum rated output current at line voltage is 13 amperes. It may be operated from 50 to 1500Hz with no reduction in maximum output current; a slight reduction in current is required from 1500 to 2000Hz. Coil tapping arrangements allow for output voltage from 0 to line voltage, or 17% above line voltage.
