System includes a March Plasmod instrument, March Gas Control Module (GCA), JB Industries DV-142N Fast-Vac Vacuum Pump, Alcatel Oil Mist Eliminator (OME 25S) and various connectors.
Plasmod system powers up as shown. It is designed to perform repeatable plasma chemical reactions.
GCA systems powers up as shown. It's purpose is to automate the process.
Vacuum pump tests OK. Glass is missing from the smaller pressure gauge.
Gas Control Module is a Model GCM 200 with a date of 12/99 and a Serial Number of 1679.
Plasmod Unit is a Model Plasmod with a date of 12/99 and a Serial Number of 1800.
