We couldn't find a brand name for this product. We received this item in a container and it was wrapped up in tissue paper and/or other protective covering. This came in a gigantic lot of Newport NRC, Melles Griot, EG&G laser optics equipment. This description is based on a visual inspection only and we include approximated measurements. We also acknowledge any nics or chips or scratches. Refer to the pictures. Measurements: 17.88 mm base9.10 mm height12.78 mm sides12.71 mm witdh Notes: There are some small faint surface scratches. Maybe they can be cleaned or polished out. Also there are tiny chips on the edges probably due to the custom nature of this unit.
