Explosion Proof Door, With Purge Timer.
This oven has been removed from service for a few years now, however it had worked excellent in the past. I currently have two of the antunes disconnected because they would prematurely shut the oven down prematurely. They can be re-connected however and simply need adjusting for a set point pressure. I had no need for this feature, however it is useful if you have hazardous fumes venting from your stack. The antunes monitor the internal pressure so as to prevent toxic gases from exiting the door gasket, ensuring air is drawn in from your work area and all fumes vent out stack to the outdoors. The doors are explosion proof, and can swing open in the event of a flash from a flammable liquid. Temperature can be monitored all the way up to 850 degrees. I originally used this oven for curing Teflon coatings.
This oven was custom made in 1997 by Corbett industries. It has all the original schematic drawings stored in the circuit door cover. I will include an assembly with wheels to roll it about (in picture) Oven weighs approximately 800 lbs. New manufacture cost was approximately 12K.
