Available here is a GE GE THED136040 40 amp 3-pole 600 V AC 250 VDC HI-BREAK Circuit Breaker. I purchased this in a lot of both new an used surplus. This came in a box but in the last picture you can see that a little corner piece broke off which makes me think that this may be used. The breaker is in good condition but the box looks rough. Everything that is included is shown in the pictures.
