Daige has been manufacturing adhesive systems for over 35 years. The company started on Long Island in 1965 specializing in a product line called adhesive wax coaters. This is a hot melt adhesive system used in the graphics and newspaper industries. We soon developed a world-wide reputation for making the highest quality products and were represented by dealers in 25 countries.
Capitalizing on our expertise in adhesives and applicators, we eventually expanded our product line to include cold adhesive systems plus mounting presses, liquid laminating systems and related supplies.

We will shortly have new videos showing the Solo laminator. The videos below show our older Quikmount 4 laminator, but the procedures are the same except for setting the pressure on your top roller, which is explained in the operating guide.

It is so easy to use, it becomes a one person finishing system. Solo costs thousands of dollars less than other laminators, while providing you with the essential features found on more expensive models including:
* Top and bottom nip rollers covered with hard silicone
* Rigid steel cores in top roller for better pressure

* Rugged steel and aluminum construction
* Accommodates boards up to 1/2 thick (can be made for 1 thick boards upon request).

Stand has four castors providing mobility and saving table space. Footswitch provides hand free control.
Daige carries a full line of cold laminates in finishes including gloss, luster and matte. They provide excellent scratch resistance , UV and moisture protection. Great for indoor and outdoor use. Available in a wide range of widths.
