This is a new Vollrath / Anvil 2 Burner Hot Plate / Table-Top Stove. These units provides a simple and effective way to prepare a variety of foods, sauces and stews in an economical, safe and hassle free way. Ideal for use in Steak Houses, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Clubs and Pubs. This Unit also features an enclosed back to direct the heat to the stove top not out the back. Great alternative to full Range if oven is not needed. Unit is 12" Wide with burners front to back.
