Trost Pulverizer Gem T , Mdl Air impact pulverizer This is one of the smallest fluid energy pulverizer made. It is ideal for small quantities and low power operation. It can be operated for 20 minutes with one compressed gas container. It can be used for encapsulating particles. All particles are coated while reduced. Because of the unique flow pattern of the Trost an intimate mix is obtained. Example plastic and other powders can be compounded with the Trost Pulverizer. The Gem T model is 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" x 1" The feed is 20 mesh or finer. Capacity is up to 1000 gr. / Hr. Power 6.5 CFM compressed to 100 PSIG. Each of the two air jets have pressure gauge and control valves Parts missing, Jar & two wing nuts on pulverizer front cover. Air manifold needs connection tubing. With minimum set-up time this valuable pulverizer can be in functional operation.
