Used American Range 36" Gas Range w/ 6 Burners & Standard Oven Heavy Duty
This range would make an excellent addition to any restaurant or commercial kitchen. Some of the standard features and benefits of this unit include:
* All stainless steel front, sides, high shelf, and riser.
* 6 Stainless steel heavy duty landing ledge.
* 12 x 12 sectioned cast iron top grates.
The data plate for this item is unreadable but after researching our extensive data base we believe this unit to be comparable to the latest from American Range Model: AR-6
The manufacturer's spec sheet for model AR-6 reads:
* Heavy Duty Restaurant Range, gas, 36", (6) 32,000 BTU open burners, standard oven, stainless steel front, sides, high shelf and riser
There are no racks or temperature controls included. The bottom front panel has been customized with brackets ( see photos.) The left side front plate rest panel is split. ( see photos).
The electric igniter is broken and does not function, but the unit can be lit manually with no problem. Being a gas operated piece, we could not perform any other testing on this piece. But, with gas pieces there is not much to go wrong and if problems do arise, parts are generally readily available and usually inexpensive.
