You are looking at a remote refrigeration Structural Concepts 100" refrigerated open front display case w/ prep table top and 4 door storage in the back.
This unit has never been put into service. It was purchased new by a large chain grocery store and never used.
This is a remote unit and does not come with a compressor.
Dimensions: 100" wide x 51" deep x 41 1/2" tall to the prep top (plus 12" sneeze guard)
This unit has a refrigerated open front display case.
This unit has a refrigerated prep top that holds 1/3 size insert pans.
This unit has a cutting board on the top/back.
This unit has 4 doors of refrigeration on the back side.
This unit works great as a sushi station.
This unit does not have a compressor. (remote) You will need to use a compressor to use it as a refrigerator.
