SHERBET AND OTHER FROZEN DESSERTS
There is one Gallon size of NATIONAL BUBBLE GUM flavor which a few ounces of the gallon was used
(As you see the picture). This is a CONCENTRATE flavor and you should use 2 1/2 oz of the flavor to
5 gallons of mix. Just 1/2 oz per gallon, but I used 1 1/2 oz per gallon to make it taste strong.
There is another Quart size of GRAPE flavor ( It does not have a brand name on it &
I do not remember the brand name) which is a few ounces less than a quart size. I moved the
flavor from a gallon size bottle to a quart size. You should use 3 oz of the this flavor to one
