Total Length with tounge is 48' The interior has been remodeled except for the floor which is vinyl tile and needs to be buffed and waxed, walls and ceiling were painted, new doors installed new trim, electrical has been brought up to date, the HVAC has been serviced and works perfect, the roof has no leaks, a new insulated steel front door was installed with lock and deadbolt. Comes with blinds installed on windows. As far as the exterior it needs a paint job which anyone can do with 3 gallons of paint and a days work.
The back side of the trailer is the only real part that needs painting as can be seen in the pics
