Offered for sale is a functional Hioki model 3100 clamp on Hi Tester multimeter. This one comes with the case and is in used condition but still works just fine. The Ac volt range is 150-750 volts, dc volt range is 75, The ohm range is 0-1k 0-100k. The unit is drop proff up to 1 meter and the frequency response is 50/60. The unit has Ohm range protection by way of a fuse with Arc suprresant. This would make a nice unit for the electrician in your life at a much reduced rate. Please ask any questions.
