Rapistan Model #960 Tapered Live Roller Curve 180 Degrees
Model 960 Curves are 180 Degree, disc operated curves with a small radius.
This allows for use with two parallel conveyors that area a short distance apart.
A 230-460 Volt 3 Phase motor drives an 8" or 10" diameter wheel that transmits
power to a disc by friction. The turning disc drives the tapered rollers by contact with
the bottom, inside portion of each roller.
The rollers are 14 ga., tapered zinc - plated stell tubing. They are 1 5/8" outside diameter at the small end and
2 1/2" outside diameter at the large end.
The curve bed is 10 gage painted channel.
Load capacity is the same or greater than that of ajoining Rapistan Conveyors.
Continuous channel guard rail is supplied on the inside and outside of each curve.
Model 960 curves can be either floor supported or ceiling supported
