304 Stainless Steel is the most widely used of the stainless steels. It has excellent corrosion resistance to atmospheric and acidic conditions along with most chemicals. Very good forming and readily welded. It is non-rusting and non-magnetic. Chrome-Nickel Alloy.
304 Stainless Steel Flat Bars are hot rolled, annealed, and pickled unless otherwise noted. Some bars may be sheared with edges conditioned. Edges can be slightly tapered to to the hot roll process.
