Eriez Magnetics 8x8 MS Ceramic Grate in Housing Magnet
* Seven magnetic tubes are 8 inches long by 1 inch in diameter
* 4 7/8 inches diameter inlet and outlet
* 10 7/8 inches overall height
These units are brand new and have never been used coming from Eriez overstocked inventory. They are primarily for, but not limited to, installation in round pipe lines. These models include blank inlet/outlet flanges with a slide gate shut-off. The housing has a clear Lexan door front which encloses the magnetic grates within and can be used to view product flow and be inspected without removal. The door front is removable exposing the magnetic tubes for easy inspection and cleaning.
Eriez, the pioneer in permanent magnet applications since 1942 offers these mild steel grate-in-housings using ceramic magnet materials as their energy source. Built with Eriez designed circuits, these separators provide good magnetic fields for a nominal cost and satisfactorily remove both tramp and fine iron contaminants in most applications. Eriez continues to be the magnets most frequently used to improve the product purity of dry bulk materials.
