This is a DAYTON 90 Volt D.C. Permanent Magnetic motorized gear speed reducer.
Motor is 90 Volt DC, 1/8 Hp. Totally enclosed.
Shaft is 1 1/2" long, 5/8" diameter, with key way.
Can be mounted by shaft end face, or the top or bottom bolt holes.
I was able to find this in the Grainger book, still available. Gives a current list price of $397.50
I tested the motor by rotating shaft and measured dc voltage output with meter, works fine.
