This is a Tektronix 11402 1-Gigahertz Digital Storage Oscilloscope. It has been checked and is fully fuctional, passing all self-tests and diagnostics. It has a wide array of automatic measurements and a special 'Enhanced Accuracy' function that optimizes all calibration at the press of a button. There is a memory expansion option providing 100k memory length, and a DMA controller option to speed up the GPIB operation.
The Vertical system consists of THREE plug-in vertical amplifiers of different characteristics such that the optimum one can be chosen based on the measurement to be made. The 11A34 unit provides FOUR input channels of 300MHz bandwidth each, with selectable 1 Megohm or 50 ohm input resistance. Bandwith can be limited to reduce HF noise for LF measurements.The 11A52 amplifier gives TWO channels of 600MHz bandwidth and 50 ohms input resistance. The 11A71 amplifier provides a full 1GHz input bandwidth at 50 ohms. Vertical resolution is 10 bits, averaging extends this to 14 bits.
