This listing is for a Graco E-10 Heated 1:1 proprtioner for foam and/or some polyureas. It requires 2 15A 110V circuits (5kw generator) and a small (1hp) air compressor. There are two seven gallon hoppers on the rig. This unit doesn't have a heated hose, but it is insulated. You start out by transfering material from drums into dedicated 5 gallon pails and pouring them into the hoppers. Set the machine to recirculate and the whole system starts to heat up. Once temp gets to about 120 (about 15min), turn the knob from recirculate to spray and go. We have found once the system is heated up and assuming the drums are somewhat warm, the machine can get the foam to temp without further recirculating.
If you are looking to start an insulation business, this machine might be too small. I know a few people who started with an E-10, but have upgraded to E-20's and E-30's, using the E-10 for call-backs, small jobs and as a back-up. When you look at the foam, you can't tell if it was sprayed with this machine or any other. If you are using it to do your own place or have a use where 1 gallon per minute is enough or can't support the logistics of a larger sprayer, then this unit is your ticket to foamville. It will spray any type of foam and many types of polyurea. The Air purge Fusion gun has become a standard of the industry for sprayers of all sizes because it is reliable and easy to use.
