50 hp nitrogen gas booster compressor package
NEW SURPLUS 50 HP HOWDEN (BURTON CORBLIN) NITROGEN GAS BOOSTER COMPRESSOR PACKAGE
This nitrogen gas booster compressor package was manufactured new in 2000, but has never been installed or put into service.
The package includes an OIL-FREE, two-stage, water cooled reciprocating gas compressor, water cooled intercooler and aftercooler, separators, inlet gas pre-heater, pulsation bottles, recycle control valve, safety shutdown switches etc. mounted on a common structural steel base. All components are pre-piped using welded carbon steel construction process gas piping. Water piping is threaded stainless steel.
Original design conditions were: 11.1 PSIA suction pressure, 145 PSIA discharge pressure and a capacity of 360 Kg/hr. on nitrogen service.
Electric motor is 50 Hp, 230/460-3-60
Parts and operating manual, drawings etc. are included.
