The P440 & P460 both feature a very easy to use state-of-the-art computer control The computer controls all functions of the machine. Standard programs incorporating the latest cleaning techniques control the following functions.
Speed of wash and extract cycles Solvent levels for each load Temperature monitoring of all important functions during the cycle including the solvent, still, condenser, inlet, outlet and the after cooler temperatures Helps prevent boil overs by monitoring the still temperature Fault diagnostics - identifies the location of a machine fault for quick servicing
The computer is operator programmable for those special processes and fabrics.
"Air-Pure" Secondary Carbon Absorber
Our "Air-Pure" absorber is fully integrated into the system, giving you completely odorless garments at the end of the cleaning cycle. All functions are completely computer controlled and fully automatic. With the "Air-Pure" absorber the machine will process up to 60 loads before desorbtion is required.
A standard feature on the P440 and the P460 is the frequency inverter drive. This enables special wash and extract speeds to be programmed through the computer. It gives total flexibility in designing programs for different fabrics and special processes with wash speeds up to 45 rpm and extract speeds up to 450 rpm. This gives complete control of the wash and extraction processes.

The P440 and P460 feature SailStar's innovative "Speed-Dry"
airflow system that incorporates a completely round recovery section.
With no corners air flow is smoother, more efficient and results in faster
drying times than conventional recovery chambers.
Fitted with a large oversized lint filter.
Air is directed through the button trap so residues are completely dry .
A fan is activated when any door is opened (loading door, lint filter, button trap, still) drawing air through a carbon filter.
