Phillips crosshead screw 1MM diameter 4MM long shaft
These screws have a pan head (a low disc with chamfered outer edge - see image below) with an approximately 1mm diameter shaft. The length of the shaft is approximately 4mm long with the head adding approximately 0.5mm to the length.
These screws have been removed from a small electronic organiser.
