6 ton 3 phase capable of cooling up to and over 3000 square feet easily. it currently uses r 22 ( 11 lb 11 oz) This was on top of our store in Detroit for a couple years but then we moved the a/c unit indoors so this has been in storage in a temp controlled environment for 7 years- this unit is a 1997 model as you can see by the tag I had a couple heating and cooling guys check the unit out and they say it is in excellent condition and should be ready to go This is at the New Baltimore Store Richards Auto Parts 35562 23 Mile Rd New Baltimore Mich 48047 (***) 725 2361 I do prefer this being picked up we are open 7 days and can load it into a truck with our Hi Lo
