We have several of these Datum Stak-N-Lok file cabinets. They are seven tier units tall. They are in excellent condition and able to be locked (keys can be seen taped to the actual unit in the picture). These items are 36 inches wide, letter size, and are made for storing end tab folders, such as those used in the medical profession.
