SMC Air Cylinder Mounted Pneumatic Press Custom Made
This is a Used Custom Built Arbor-Mounted Pneumatic Press for a Semiconductor Manufacturer. This item is in overall good condition with minor scratches and sticker residue on the unit. It was tested as follows: We plugged into 110 vac power and 80 psi air pressure was applied. The programmable controller powered on and the pneumatic SMC ram raised to the ready position. When the 2 safety switches were depressed, a metering rod lowered and two rams closed from each side to hold the item in place. Then the main ram lowered and made two separate presses before returning to the ready position. Lastly, the metering rod raised and the 2 side rams released. No further testing was done.
