My client purchased this machine one year ago for $15,500.00 and only used it for one year. They added a tart and tangy yogurt menu to their coffee shop and it never worked out. They said they hardly ever sold any yogurt. After trying it for a year, they discontinued the yogurt line. Now, they serve shaved ice desserts and gelato ice cream.
There has been very little use on this machine.
